I'm sure the product is wonderful, but the information to create a model to place in our assemblies is super lacking. If no details are provided besides the envelope & mounting dimensions & weight, then you should have a step model to download. It doesn't need to have the internal details, but it would certainly help with anyone placing your product in a 3D assembly.
