USB to Serial Adapter - Professional

Today I received your UT8801 USB to Serial Port Converter. It worked perfectly and was a super easy install. Windows automatically searched fora driver and installed all necessary software without me having to do anything except for changing the Com Port that was automatically assigned.
The Magellan Meridian GPS only searches for Com 1 through 4 so I had tochange the Com Port assignment from Com 13 to Com 1. After that, the Magellan software instantly recognized the GPS and I was able to easily update the Magellan Software in the GPS.
I had earlier ordered a cheap $4 USB to Serial Converter from another supplier, but that would not work with 64 bit systems and the GPS would notrecognise it. Thanks for a great quality product. It works great and is easy to use. I can now order Coastal Navigation Maps and upload them to my GPS to use when sailing. Joe
