I tune automotive performance ECUs and have struggled for years with an electronics store brand that was hit or miss with initial connection. Also intermittently the communication between my lap top and the ECUs would be interrupted. I purchased the professional model from US Converters and was amazed at how well this thing works. Fast dependable connection, no interruption, allows me to tune the car and not the cable. Great service from the company also, I give it 7 stars lol!
