USB to Serial Adapter - Professional

I ordered the RS 232 Professional on Thursday and I received it on Saturday of the same week, I am very impressed with the US Converters timeliness. I installed it on a new Dell computer that has Windows 8 and overall that was relatively easy to do. The disk that came with the unit is small so I went to US Converter’s website and downloaded the driver. We had to uninstall and reinstall the program that was using the converter but after that it worked.

Considering I am not technically savvy when it comes to this sort of thing and I am having challenges just navigating the Windows 8 platform, I am very pleased with my experience.

I think the device is well worth the money and I would recommend US converters as a good company to do business with.
