We use 100s of these adapters and they work great, the only thing I have found is sometimes the drivers are clunky to install on certain computers.

It would be great if we could install the software and plug in the adapter as the keyspan RS 232 adapters do.

Overall we had no failures and all computers connected to this adapter sometimes its takes several times installing but eventfully it connects.

I think the only thing we need is a plug and play install of the drivers.
